DIN 2353 union elbows
Turn an equal-size hydraulic tube run through 90° with a DIN 2353 union elbow. Both ends use a cutting-ring tube connection; this configuration is different from an elbow with a threaded equipment-port end.

A union elbow provides a compact change of direction between two tube sections. Check the drawing dimensions against surrounding equipment, space for the nuts and the planned tube supports. For a tube-to-port elbow, use the appropriate adjustable or threaded configuration.

Is a union elbow the same as a swivel adjustable elbow?
No. A union elbow joins two tube ends. A swivel adjustable elbow has a different connection arrangement. Identify all ends and the required orientation before selecting a replacement.
