DIN 2353 tube nuts
The union nut drives the matched cutting ring during assembly of a DIN 2353 hydraulic tube connection. Select it by tube outside diameter, series, union thread and fitting system rather than spanner size alone.

Choose the right tube nuts
A nut that starts on a thread is not proof of a correct connection. Some different tube sizes and series share a union thread. Check the tube end, seat and matched cutting ring before ordering a replacement nut.

Can I identify a tube nut from the thread alone?
Not reliably. For example, the catalogue lists M18 × 1.5 for both 12L and 10S tube ends. Confirm the tube diameter, series, seat and fitting system as well as the thread.
Are all catalogue sizes available from stock?
